Good to Feel Good

Back in February I did a post called "Tony Robbins Motivational Lie?" by Steve Salerno author of "SHAM: How the Self-Help Movement Made America Helpless." Now here's an article by Tony Ventrella about feeling good, though when I first looked at the article I couldn't help but feel that Steve Salerno might have a valid point. It feels a bit empty this way of healing yourself, a little covering over what truly lies beneath. It feels like a quick fix to peoples problems a band aid effect. I know to fully heal one must face the shadow side and accept all parts of ones self, then and only then can one fully heal.
PEP Talk: We all want to feel good
" The best selling author and world renown speaker Dr. Wayne Dyer has a message on his cell phone I greatly admire. It goes like this:
"Hi, you've reached Wayne, and I want to feel good. If the message you are about to leave will result in anything other than that, you have the wrong number."
On the surface that may sound a bit selfish, but when you really think about it, the goal of every human being on the face of the earth is to feel good
