Every Bit Counts
A friend that I met in India sent me this email the other week and I thought it would be good to share it with you all. Google has decided to offer all the uses on the net an alternative to there normal homepage, it's called Blackle. I changed over, as the title says "Every Bit Counts", I must admit it took a bit of getting used to.How is Blackle saving energy?
"Blackle was created by Heap Media to remind us all of the need to take small steps in our everyday lives to save energy. Blackle searches are powered by Google Custom Search.
Blackle saves energy because the screen is predominantly black.
